PAX West Case Study – Battlestate Games

For PAX West, we partnered with Battlestate Games to deliver a fully managed live event activation in support of Escape from Tarkov and Escape from Tarkov: Arena. Our brief was to create a standout presence that reflected the scale and identity of the brand while ensuring a smooth and professional experience across every stage of delivery.

Our scope included full booth design, event staffing, and end-to-end project management, allowing us to oversee the activation from initial planning through to on-site execution. Working closely with the client, we developed an event presence designed to capture attention on the show floor and create meaningful interaction with the PAX West audience.

The booth was designed to bring the Battlestate Games brand to life in a way that felt impactful, considered, and aligned with the visual identity of the titles being showcased. Alongside the creative delivery, our team managed the wider operational framework of the project, coordinating logistics, timelines, staffing, and live event requirements to ensure every element was delivered to a high standard.
